Water - Drink plenty of water EVERY day. You should be going to the bathroom VERY often if you seriously want this to work. (NOTE: You can get these on Amazon or maybe even GNC. I'm just giving links to the ones I use.)
Pygeum (2 capsules, 1 in morning 1 at night)
Tribulus Ultra Triblend (3 daily) It increases my ball size I believe.
Sunflower Lecithin (Use the suggested serving)
L-Arginine (Suggested 1g-3g, expect throbbing boners)
Zinc (Never go over 30mg, it's hard on your stomach)
Celery Seed (Stay hydrated)
Maca (3-4 daily) Increases sexual drive / Iibido. Goes great with L-Arginine

🟢 2) Kegels! Push the Precum OUT!
To identify your pelvic floor muscles, stop urination in midstream or tighten the muscles that keep you from passing gas. These maneuvers use your pelvic floor muscles. Once you’ve identified your pelvic floor muscles, you can do the exercises in any position, although you might find it easiest to do them lying down at first. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for three seconds, and then relax for three seconds. Try it a few times in a row. When your muscles get stronger, try doing Kegel exercises while sitting, standing or walking.For best results, focus on tightening only your pelvic floor muscles. Be careful not to flex the muscles in your abdomen, thighs or buttocks. Avoid holding your breath. Instead, breathe freely during the exercises. Aim for at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day.

It's obvious that the quickest way to stimulate the cowper's gland and prostate would be to touch it directly as it is a VERY tender gland to the touch. You can use the strongest prostate adjustable toy (I use it, and love it 🧡), or most powerful butt plug. Either way, find a toy that hits the spot for you, and MILK that prostate.

🟢 5) You're not promised results, but most see results
I've had many guys contact me regarding this after they've seen how much I just can just ooze and pour and I give them the outline of what I do. They try it, and even do better than me with the steps but sadly aren't able to precum as much as me. But most guys, like 7/10 do see positive results and changes.
